within 60 days, we will accept for refund any machine we
sold the customer for any reason if returned in its original
condition. Deductions may be made for missing literature,
missing digital readout, or damaged merchandise. Customer
pays for shipping and insurance. Customer must specify “signature
required.” We cannot be held responsible for damaged
or missing merchandise. A small handling charge of $20 has
been instated to defray the cost of electronic commerce
and to deter “tire kickers.”
Colloidal
silver generators (ALL three models): With
prior approval from us within 60 days, we will accept for

returned in its original condition. If the generator was
used, a deduction of $10 will be made for electrodes. If
the batteries were run down in a battery-operated generator,
a deduction of $10 will be made for replacing the batteries.

merchandise. There is a $5 restocking charge. Customer pays
for shipping and insurance. Customer must specify “signature
required” as we cannot be held responsible for damaged
or missing merchandise.
Privacy
Policy. We do not share any customer information
with any third parties. We do not store customer information
on any hard drive in a computer. We save only to external
mediums such as floppy discs or CD’s to prevent “hackers”
from obtaining any customer information.
Shipment
policy. Unless otherwise specified, all machines
will be shipped within 5 working days of payment. If it
will take longer, the customer will be advised.
Warrantee.
Warrantee. The warrantee is one-year free parts and labor to
the original owner. We will reimburse the owner for domestic
shipping to us within the first six months of warrantee based
on “ground” rates quoted on this page. Remember Shipping
“stores” charge heavily for packing and under no circumstances
will we pay for those services. Make sure the int/ext switch
is set correctly. We will not pay shipping if this switch is
set incorrectly and the unit is free of defects.
Domestic
EMEM3 purchasers (USA): After one year, labor
is still free. Just prepay shipping and insurance
to our company in Columbia, PA, USA for parts and add $25.00
to help defray the cost of return shipping and insurance.
Our company will bill you only for the cost of parts.
International
EMEM3 purchasers (non-USA): After one year,
labor is still free. Just prepay shipping and insurance

Shipping,
Handling and Insurance. Our primary shipper is
DHL Carriers. Rates are less than those of the US postal
service; however, there are times when using the USPS is necessary.
If you use a PO box as a mailing address, the USPS must
be used. If someone cannot be home to receive the package
and the nearest DHL center is some distance away, the USPS will
be used. Sometimes a parcel can be placed on a porch,
for example, but this is not recommended. The charges
listed for delivery within the continental US are effective
June 2005; however, these are subject to change. Pennsylvania
residents must pay sales tax. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We prefer to use the US Postal Service Global Express because
the rates are extremely competitive and shipping is typically
3-5 days. For shipments to countries without secure postal
systems, it is suggested DHL Carriers or another private carrier
be used to reduce the chance of theft. For shipping outside
of the United States, please call, email, or write for a shipping
estimate.
